The other day I got to thinking about what I could do with all of these gorgeous strawberries, and wondering if I could do a biscuit or something for a shortcake….then I remembered my pie crust scraps which were always very popular! Why go to the trouble of baking a biscuit, when my pie crust is the perfect substitue.
