Something new, something fun! A project to do wth your family or friends

We have partnered with our friends at Sunny Cal for this beautiful seasonal box of fresh stonefruit.

And what do I love to do with stonefruit but bake up a simple yet delicious Galette.

Each kit will come with:

A box of seasonal fresh stonefruit from Sunny Cal (approx 8 pieces)

A disc of our all butter pie pastry (for you to roll out and shape as you wish)

A pastry bag of almond cream for the bottom of your galette

Some fresh flowers for garnish

A recipe card with some pointers

**you will need sugar, and flour for rolling your pastry, and any other added spices you see fit from your home kitchen

You get to be creative! Make mini galettes or one big one to slice like pie! I cannot wait to see what you come up with.
