We are do NOT have a store front. As a legal cottage food operation we bake from our home kitchen.

*We are not a nut free/ gluten free kitchen

*We do not offer “discounts” for higher quantity orders. As a one woman operation our margins are set at the best prices we can offer using the highest quality ingredients.

  • How do I order a pie?

    All of the pies we currently are baking are on the menu. Simply send over an order request to check for availability.

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

    To this we say, the sooner the better. Sometimes we can fill an order within 72hrs. A week is suggested to be safe, and during the holidays 2-3 weeks is ideal.

  • Do you deliver?

    At this time we do not deliver for all orders. If your order is large for an event we may arrange delivery with charge

  • Where do I pick my pie up?

    Pies are picked up from our cottage food (home) bakery in Anaheim near the Convention Center. Once you place your order our address and further instructions will be sent

  • Do you do custom pie orders, I want to create my own flavors?

    We bake all of our pies with fresh seasonal fruits and have tested recipes to our liking. We do not take custom orders at this time

  • Do you bake gluten free or vegan pies?

    We offer gluten free pies upon request

  • Where else can I get a pie?

    We bake our Heart Hand Pies for Darkhorse Coffee in Garden Grove at Steelcraft

    Every Other Sunday we are at the Ladera Ranch Farmer’s Market

    Mercado in Laguna Beach carries our pies both fresh & frozen

  • How many people does your 9’’ pie serve?

    Our 9’’ pies serve 6-8 people

  • How many days are your pies fresh for?

    Our pies are fresh 2-3 days at room temperature unsliced. Once sliced you may refridgerate your pie up to a week and bring back to room temperature before serving

  • How do I store my pie?

    You may store your unsliced pie at room temperature for 2-3 days. You may refridgerate up to a week. We suggest bringing the pie out and up to room temperature before serving

  • How do I reheat my pie?

    If you would like to serve your pie warm, we suggest heating your oven to 350 and popping your pie in for 10-15 minutes. This will warm the pie right up without burning or damaging the pie.
